This fabric is stain and water resistant on the outside, whilst the inside layer is fleece lined and designed not to scratch the chrome or paintwork of the machine underneath in any way. This cover also benefits from vents so that condensation can evaporate and not cause corrosion.

This cover also has heat resistant panels where it comes into contact with the exhaust, and is secured by means of straps. A Harley Davidson logo is also printed on the cover. There is also a touring version which incorporates the twin antennas.

2. Indoor/Outdoor Cover.

This Harley Davidson motorcycle cover fits all H-D motorcycles. This is a single ply 300 dernier polyester fabric, which is again water resistant, but not recommended for longer term storage. Like the Super Shield, this cover also incorporates heat resistant exhaust panels. It also comes with a windshield protector and convenient carry bag which allows the cover to be stored or carried.

3. H-D Breathable Indoor Storage Cover.

The clue is in the name with this cover. It is for indoor use only as it is not water resistant. However, it is perfect for long term indoor storage, being made from soft polyester and incorporating vents to allow any moisture to escape. Cover extends to the ground and has the H-D eagle logo.

4. Premium Cotton Indoor H-D Motorcycle Cover.

A breathable indoor cover, and thicker than the Breathable Indoor Storage cover, the Premium cotton Harley Davidson motorcycle covers are constructed from 8oz cotton, and are also softer. Again, they are not waterproof covers, but they are breathable and therefore allow moisture to evaporate away rather than allow it to sit and damage the bike's finish. Perfect to keep your machine cosseted and dust free indoors.

Harley also offer a range of covers for the air box, one to keep it safe when working on the bike, and a second, shorter fitted cover, to protect the base of the air box from belt or zipper damage, in the same way as a tank pad, but without the necessary gluing.
